1.)Youtube is expecting to pull in about $250million revenue this year. Theyre costs are expected to go up to as high as $700million. Google will end up losing a calculated $470million on youtube.com. Recent talk may lead to Youtube charging people to post videos on their site. This change would drastically drop the amount of users on the site, but will also rid the site of alot of the nonsensical crap posted daily.
2.)I chose this article because I use youtube.com daily. Putting a charge on user generated vids will drastically change the site.
3.) i partially agree with whats going on. Itd be nice to see less "crap" vids posted on the site, but at the same time, people who post on the site may not beable to post anymore if they dont have the finds to. This change may not be completely positive.
4.)The information was clear, formal and fair. It covered everything it needed to.
5.) I found this source to be nice, and a bit different than the standard fare i find on Yahoo.com. Id definately use this site again.
