Obamas trying to make a move in the Health care Industry! Something a bit different than Clinton, Obama is praising the Health care Industry's promise to cut $2 Trillion in costs over 10 years. Hopefully this plan goes through unlike other failed trys at improving/reforming our Health care. Another fair presentation from Yahoo, ill be following it some more...

Seems not everyone wants cheaper Health care...
Ex (controversal) Hospital CEO, Rick Scott is already putting forth an effort against Obamas plan.... BEFORE ITS EVEN BEEN REVEALED! Scotts already put down $5 million of his own money and up to $15 million of supporters money to build resistance against this plan. I do not agree with this at all. I say Obama continue with his plan, and Scott be silenced from this debate. I found the Washington Post to be presented fairly, it was easy to read, understand, and professionally done. I would definately use this news source again.

i think the new plan Obama has should be considered by everyone, everyone needs health care, and shouldn't be scared to not be able to afford it. I hope Obamas new idea to reform health care is accepted and I hope it works.
ReplyDeleteawsome he needs to make it for the middle class because there the ones that are struggling and single parents mothers..!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteJames, I like the fact that you read a story about someone whose ideas are different from yours. Could have used more detail -- for example, the article about the health industry says they'll cut costs but they don't say how.

As for Rick Scott, I'd like to know how and why he opposes health care reform. I appreciate your honesty in expressing your opinion about shutting him down (up?). Part of me agrees with you, but the other part remembers the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

Jane and Gavin, The fact that both of you commented on health care tells me that more people are even more concerned about it than I thought.
