I choose this document becouse my brother gets paid more than my mother but she has been working longer than he has and they both do the same thing it got me questioning why? Their are things I agree with such as we as women have to work harder than men especialy a working mom becouse we not only have to take care of our children at work but we have to take care of the children at the office . Honestly I would have liked more data more info. Like have the prespective from a working mom or dad but thats just my toughts on this. I would like to use this sourse maybe just not on this subject.

Yesica, You picked a really interesting subject. I learned a LOT from this piece, especially that when you factor in child care, etc. women STILL earn less than men. I'm also fascinated by the fact that your mom earns less than your brother. You also focused on the problem with blogs -- they're not nearly as in-depth as articles in newspapers or magazines would be. I agree with you, by the way -- the perspective of a working mother and father would have been interesting.
